Shipping Policy
We are a print-on-demand company. Each order is prepared in house, at the time of purchase, just for you. There may be times when order fulfillment will be outsourced to a third party. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay take place through a third party resource.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING
We normally process orders within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours, Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. The estimated delivery date provided to you after purchase is based on your delivery address. We do our best to meet our shipping deadlines, but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Due to complications as a result of COVID-19, orders may be delayed and take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to process and ship. There are times when size and color shortages arise with the manufacturers, which may effect our inventory. If items are on back order, please allow fourteen (14) business days to process.
We currently only ship within the United States through USPS. As a result of COVID-19, delays are worldwide and may effect shipping times. USPS will post their delays at the top of their website.
NOTE:
We are not responsible for post office delays or issues relating to lost/stolen packages and incorrect shipping addresses provided. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered and you have not received your purchased item, please contact the USPS.
