Refund Policy

Cancellations/Refunds/Exchanges

Credence Unlimited is a Print on Demand Company.  This means that your item is made to order and once we receive payment for an order, we cannot cancel the order.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we cannot offer exchanges.  However, we do offer refunds (shipping fees are non-refundable) in the form of a store credit if your item is deemed defective (faulty printing) or damaged (by Credence, as we have no control of damage caused by the carrier).  If you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure that we send the correct item to you as soon as possible.  If a mix-up occurs, your item will be replaced with the same item in the same color.  It is your responsibility to review the sizing charts of all items before check out.  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In these instances, you have seven (7) days after the delivery date of your item to request a refund or replacement of an item shipped in error.  

To be eligible for a return for defective or damaged items, or receipt of the wrong item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please email us photographs of the defective or damaged item, receipt of the wrong item to info@credenceunlimited.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at credenceunlimited@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
